Alabama Privateers mission is to expand the positive image of youth shooting sports. Shooting is a sport where both male and female youth can safely enjoy competition on equal terms. Alabama Privateers ages range from 12 years to 17.One thing we love about Action Pistol Shooting is that it's a sport where you work on improving yourself. You're not trying to tackle another player or to draw a foul to gain advantage. It's all about improving yourself as an individualwhile cheering your teammates on.We use the sport of pistol shooting as a way of building life skills that the kids will use the rest of their lives. In addition to practicing at the range our team focuses on staying physically fit through work-outs that include weights. Our team has a real love for this sport and the opportunity it brings to meet others from all over the United States is just one of the many perks.
