Appomattox 4-H Shooting Education Club

Description

The Appomattox 4-H Shooting Education Club was formed in 1988 with a BB program.We now offer BB, air rifle, air pistol, smallbore rifle, smallbore pistol, muzzleloading, shotgun, and archery.Although we offer all of these disciplines, the main focus changes from time to time as the interest of the youth in the club changes.As we have an indoor facility in which to shoot, we do spend most of the winter months with BB, air rifle, and air pistol.The main focus of the club is to teach safe and responsible use of firearms and archery equipment and to teach life skills to the club members.
