Description
Youths from age 9 - 17 get the opportunity to try archery, trap, 22 pistol and rifle, muzzle loaders, high power pistol and rifle, air rifle and casting fishing lures at targets. There will be a nature trail that the youths travel and identify various wildlife and show Firearm Safety training in determining Shoot/No Shoot situations. The Wisconsin Trappers Assn. will have a display to promote trapping. Youths over age 12 who have completed Hunters Safety can go on a guided pheasant hunt with a dog and mentor. Everything is free of charge including a meal for each youth attending.
