Brazos 4-H Sportsman’s Club

The Brazos 4-H Sportsman's Club was the first 4-H shotgun program in the nation.It was organized in 1976 as a result of parent interest in promoting shooting sports activities among youngsters.The Club served as a pilot 4-H project for the state of Texas, and as a result of its success, a statewide program was initiated.The Sportsman's Club provides for the development of youth as responsible and productive citizens, while focusing on safe gun handling and ownership.We offer comprehensive shotgun safety and shooting skills training by our 4-H and NRA certified coaches.
