The Mission of the Colonial Virginia Council of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.Shooting Programs are conducted as a part of many Cub Scout Boy Scout and Venturing activities. Bayport Scout Reservation located in Jamaica Virginia is operated by the Colonial Virginia Council and contains Archery Rifle and Shotgun Ranges.
