Description
We are a competitive shooting sports club for youth ages 9-19 in Faulkner County, Arkansas working in cooperation with the Arkansas Rifle and Pistol Association and 4-H. The primary objective of the Faulkner County Youth Shooting Sports Club is to provide an educational avenue for the proper instruction of youth in various shooting disciplines including rifle, shotgun, muzzleloader, pistol, and archery. Instruction includes proper gun safety, wildlife identification, orienteering skills, respect for the environment and ethical hunting. Youth begin each season with distributed practices in the above-mentioned areas and prepare for county, regional, state, and national competitions.
