Gilpin County Archwood

Gilpin County Archwood is a 4-H youth program in Gilpin County Colorado. We offer Archery Shotgun andRifle disciplines for 4-H youth. We are planning on offering Pistol and Outdoor Skills starting in the spring of 2016. We are trying to build the shooting sports programs at this time. Archery has been our main focus for 10 years. A 4-H leaderhas taken the Archery Shotgun Rifle and will be obtaining the Pistol and Outdoor Skills 4-H Certifications by the middle of April this year. Next year the 4-H leader will try and obtain the Western Heritage and Muzzle Loading certifications. The club has a youth leader who will be obtaining the Shotgun certification mid March of 2015 and another shooting sports certification mid April 2015. In addition the club will have another 4-H leader obtaining one of the shooting sports certifications mid April 2015.
