HCA Trap Team

Description

We are a new youth trap shooting team with 40 student shooters and 4 volunteer parent coaches.Our first season was spring 2013.In preparation for the season we made sure every student was Minnesota firearm safety certified. For those that weren't we organized a FAS class for them to take and 25 of our students took it and got their certification. Two of our coaches became state certified firearm safety instructors and we offered a firearm safety class in May that brought in 32 new students - none of whom were on the trap team.We are committed to introducing the sport of trap shooting to our community and look forward to another great year of participation by youth shooters aged 12-18.
