The Loup Valley Shooters is a Valley County 4H Club offering education to develop a life-skillin shootingthrough fundamental instruction andtechnique to youth interested in firearms.Personal development and knowledgeencourages good sportsmanship and enhances self-confidence in youth. The Club is currently administered bytwo 4H Certified instructors.
