The Massachusetts Junior Pistol Program at Massachusetts Rifle Association 290R Salem St. Woburn MA is open to any child who would like to learn to shoot air pistol through the Progressive Position Pistol program.We practice year round from 4:00 - 8:00 PM on Sundays in the Fazio Range.Please contact Sara at smacaulay@winsor.edu for more information and to schedule your first visit.There is no charge for the initial 3 month introductory program.Shooters are recruited from the junior pistol program to join the advanced junior team for competition.The team competes in 10 M International Air Pistol and 25 M Sport Pistol (.22).Our advanced juniors have competed successfully and they are nationally ranked in both air and sport pistol and hold a variety of state and national titles.Once a month during the summer instead of practice we hold a USA Shooting sanctioned air pistol match open to anyone who wishes to compete.There is always a PPP relay so all program participants are able to participate.
