Southwest Virginia 4-H Educational Center: Jr. 4-H Camp Shooting Program

Description

The Southwest Virginia 4-H Educational Center conductsapproximately 10 weeks of Jr. 4-H Camp serving 13 counties in Southwest Virginia. Each week our camp conducts educational classes that include Archery and Riflery. These classes teach safety and proper handling of firearms. During a typical summer camping season we teach over 350 campers ages 9-13. Campers leave these classes with knowledge and respect on how to properly handle shoot and care for firearms.
