The MAIN focus of 4-H is to build leaders of thefuture. That is done by involving the youth in their own areas ofinterest (livestock photography handicrafts cooking shooting sports etc.).Straight Shooters 4-H is a "project club"focused exclusively onshooting sports (rifle shotgun archery etc.) and related topics.The specificobjectives of Straight Shooters 4-H are:to provide learning situations for the development of leadership responsibility and effective citizenshiptoprovide educational and challenging experiences that will enable young peopleto become knowledgeable and skilled in their selected project areasto provide information and training in other 4-Hshooting sports related activities as members' interests dictateto help each member experience personal growthand achievement as well as be of service to others.
