NRA Junior Shooting ClassCourse, taught by NRA certified instructors, teaches the basic knowledge, skills and attitude needed for owning and using firearms safely.Students will learn about firearm parts and operation, ammunition, gun safety and handling, selecting a rifle and much more.This is a Total Participant Involvement course. As in all NRA Courses, safety is the number one concern and utilizes hands-on activities to reinforce the student's learning experience.Small class size with individual attention.Rifles and ammunition are provided. Boy Scout rifle merit badge counselor on staff.Ages 10 through 18 years.Parents welcome to participate.This is a 6 week course on Wednesday evenings from 7:30PM to 9:00PM. Textbook and course materials included. The fee is $50.Class Dates from September through May.Please visit the club on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 PM to speak with an instructor for information and scheduling.
