Description
The Dubuque Izaak Walton Scholastic Shooting Team (DIWSST) is amember organization of the Scholastic Action Shooting Program (SASP) a Youth Development Program where adult coaches and volunteers model sportsmanship responsibility and teamwork while using shooting sports programs to teach these and other positive life skills to participating athletes.Team members participate in SASP-sanctioned speed shooting competitions with other SASP teams at the local state and national level. All shooting is done with rimfire or centerfire handguns in a controlled and supervised environment.
