Colorado State 4-H Shooting Sports Program

Description

4-H Shooting Sports is a unique 4-H project. All Shooting Sports projects are led by certified 4-H Shooting Sports Volunteer Leaders. In this project there are nine disciplines to choose from: Archery Air Rifle Air Pistol Shotgun Muzzleloader .22 Rifle .22 Pistol Hunting Outdoor Skills and Western Heritage. In each of these disciplines you will learn about the importance of safety concerning that discipline appropriate gear and how to become proficient in that discipline. Positive youth development and teaching the safe handling of firearms and archery equipment are the primary focus of the 4-H Shooting Sports Program.
