The Dubois County 4-H Shooting Sports Program is a program that is centered around youth development in all aspects of shooting sports. The program achieves this goal through hands-on training and participation for grades three through twelve. The programs stresses safety and responsibility when enjoying firearms and the outdoors.The Dubois County 4-H Shooting Sports Program believes that the goals for the requested funds are to train our community youth proper firearm and archery handling along with hunting and wildlife ethics. Our program's objectives center around providing area youth an environment where they can actively participate in shooting all types of firearms and archery equipment on ranges that promote a safe and responsible experience.
