Guntown Middle School Shotgun Team {Mississippi Scholastic Shooting Program (MSSP)}

Description

Guntown Middle School has a shotgun team. We have a web page of the school website but we mainly communicate through the BAND app on the phones. https://www.leecountyschools.us/schools/guntown-middle-school/athletics/shotgun/

The team practices are weekends and after school at one of the local shooting ranges. Students participate in the state Mississippi Scholastic Shooting Program (MSSP) hosted by the MIssissippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries & Parks https://www.mdwfp.com/law-enforcement/ms-scholastic-shooting-program/

Age of Participants
Ages 11-14 We accept 6th grader to practice in May for the team and we pass our 8th graders going to the high school on the high school shotgun coach.
