St Charles Sportsman’s Club Junior Rifle

The St. Charles Sportsman's club sponsors a Junior Rifle program that meets at their 25 yard indoor range.This program is free and open to the public.Club and NRA membership is not required.Our program focuses on safety and marksmanship.We use the Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification program and focus on 4 position rifle. The club supplies everything needed safety equipment rifles targets and of course ammo.We use several different brands and models of .22 long rifle chambered rifles.Remington 513T Match Masters Savage MKII FVT's Mossberg 42M-B Henry Mini Bolts and Savage Rascal's.Our participants range in age from 6 to 18.We require that a parent or guardian accompany each child.We do not allow kids to be dropped off.If the parents wish to receive training our NRA certified instructors are always glad to help as time allows.
